Join Council’s Natural Areas team and special guest, David Flack from the Queensland Frog Society for an easy night-time spotlighting walk (under 1km). Use the Fog ID app to identify our native frog species, learn about the importance of reducing light pollution and look for other nocturnal animals.

If you can no longer make this event then please let us know so we may offer your place to someone on our waitlist.

Please wear enclosed shoes, bring water and a small hand-held torch or headlamp. You may also wish to bring a jacket if the evening is cool or light rain is predicted. Suitable for aged six and above. All children must be supervised by an adult. Meet at the picnic table in front of the carpark, next to the playground.
